Step-by-Step Copyright Registration Process in Bangladesh

File the application with the Copyright Office using the prescribed form (Form IV) along with:
Foreign applicants must file through a local law firm or agent, like NEXORA IP.
Upon submission, the Copyright Office issues a Diary Number. A waiting period of 30 days is given for any objections from the public.
This is a mandatory public notice period to invite claims or objections regarding ownership.
If no objections are received (or after objections are resolved), the Registrar examines the application for:

Once approved, the Copyright Office enters the work in the Register of Copyrights and issues a Copyright Registration Certificate to the applicant.
